Archiving Workshop participants 2021
FNMA has welcomed Liam Campbell back to the team as the Archive Facility and Projects Manager. Liam will take over from Daniel Featherstone who is moving on to a digital inclusion research project at RMIT in early April. Liam will be responsible for coordinating the setup and operations of the Digitisation facility in Alice Springs, supporting organisations to set up online archives on the First Nations Media Archive hub, and training and support for First Nations organisations to manage their collections.

This week Daniel and Liam are running a three day archiving workshop with 15 participants attending from PAW Media, Goolarri Media, ARDS, Batchelor Institute and local groups. The workshop provides an introduction to archiving, media handling, cataloguing and use of the Mukurtu archive platform.
